As you explore the vast open world of Palworld, you’re bound to come across a Pal Egg. These eggs can be placed in an Egg Incubator, allowing you to hatch your own Pal without having to catch them. While this is a simple process, there are external factors that can make the hatching process a bit tedious.
One such issue is the “Egg Seems a Little Cold” message, which might be alarming at first glance. But making sure your egg is warm and cozy is easy, as long as you know what items you’ll need.

How to warm up Eggs in Palworld

Two messages can appear when an Egg is cold in Palworld. The “seems a Little Cold” message is the more severe of the two and will drop the Incubation Speed to 0 percent. The second and less debilitating message states the Egg “Seems just a Little Cold,” which reduces Incubation Speed to 50 percent.
The easiest way to avoid these issues is by placing the Egg Incubator inside of a building. This helps shield the eggs from cold weather, especially at night. You can also build a fire next to the incubator inside a building for extra warmth if the message persists.
If your Incubator is outside and you don’t want to move it indoors, you can also build a Heater. The Heater is unlocked at level 17 and costs two Technology Points. It also requires a Fire Type Pal assigned to it to provide heat to the surrounding area.
Your best bet is to build two Egg Incubators, one inside and the other outside. Place eggs that prefer warmer temperatures in the interior Incubator with a fire as needed. Place eggs that prefer colder weather outside, as they’ll thrive in the open and in the cool nights.
It’ll take a few trial runs with eggs to figure out the best ways to ensure they’re comfortable enough to quickly hatch. Just pay attention to the messages and act accordingly.
