The Destiny 2 Season of Opulence is now live! With it comes six new exotics split evenly between weapons and armor. Below, we’ve rounded up all of the Destiny 2 Season of Opulence exotics and their perks.
While the new exotic armors are all random drops, it’s worth noting that each of the new exotic weapons is tied to a specific activity. Tarrabah, an exotic submachine gun, is exclusive to the Crown of Sorrows raid. Both Truth and Lumina are tied to exotic quests which don’t release until June 11 and July 2, respectively.
Honestly, Tarrabah sounds really, really good. It’s a shame I don’t raid…
New Exotic Weapons
Tarrabah
Ravenous Beast: This weapon stores power when dealing or receiving damage. Once full, hold reload to unleash the beast.
Bottomless Appetite: Dealing continuous damage extends the duration of Ravenous Beast.
How to Earn: Crown of Sorrows raid drop
Truth
Prototype Trueseeker: This weapon’s rockets have tracking. Lock onto targets when aiming down sights.
Grenades and Horseshoes: Projectiles will detonate when they are within close proximity of their targets.
How to Earn: Truth Exotic Quest. We know this involves the Menagerie.
Lumina (Quest Reward)
We don’t know anything about Lumina short of the fact that it’s a hand cannon!
How to Earn: The Lumina Exotic Quest!
New Exotic Armor
Peregrine Greaves (Titan Legs)
Peregrine Strike: All shoulder charge abilities (Seismic Strike, Hammer Strike, or Shield Bash) deal bonus damage when activated in the air.
How to Earn: Random drop.
Khepri’s Sting (Hunter Arms)
Touch of Venom: Punching someone with full melee energy will instantly cast Smoke Bomb. Gain Truesight while in your own Smoke Bomb effect.
How to Earn: Random drop.
Astrocyte Verse (Warlock Helmet)
Move to Survive: Blink further and more frequently. Weapon readies quickly out of Blink and Radar remains up.
How to Earn: Random drop.
