A Lost Relic Quest Steps – Devil’s Ruin

Step 1: Pull a New Timelost Weapon Frame out of the Sundial

Complete a single Sundial run and you’ll be able to grab this exotic quest from the rewards tab.

Step 2: A Lost Relic – Visit Saint-14

Sounds like Saint-14 might know what to do with this new Timelost Weapon Fragment. We very well know it’s Devil’s Ruin, just need to get enough information for Saint to work his magic.

You’ve pulled a new timelost frame out of the shattered timelines within the Sundial. Although you can’t identify the weapon yourself, Saint-14 thinks he can help you discover its origin.

Bring the frame to Saint-14 in the Tower Hangar.

“Osiris told me about the strange weapon you found in the Sundial. I might be able to identify it.” —Saint-14

Step 3: A Tour Through History – Complete New EDZ Mission

Saint-14 says there are some lost weapon fragments in the Twilight Gap area of the EDZ. Though the description implies you need to kill enemies to reclaim these Timelost Fragments, that’s not the case. This is simply an exploration mission set in the Twilight Gap map of the Crucible!

Just go around gathering those 10 lost weapon fragments. Osiris and Saint-14 will banter as you do, but offer no hints to what you need to find. You’re looking for 10 dead robots strewn about the map. Interact with them to loot the Timelost Fragments. Once you do, you’ll earn Devil’s Ruin! You can also stick around after the fact for a lengthy exchange between Shaxx and Saint-14 over the radio. The payoff is pretty good, so we recommend sticking around.

The robots aren’t terribly well-hidden. It only took us a few minutes to find them! But you can use these images below to clue you in to their locations.

Saint-14 has confirmed that the timelost frame you found is a piece of Twilight Gap history. He thinks you can repair it with materials recovered from the site of the great battle itself.

Venture to Twilight Gap in the EDZ, and reclaim the lost weapon fragments Saint-14 described.

“Six Fronts. Twilight Gap. The Red War. These are all shining points in our history, where the City came together to defend what was ours. Sometimes, great hardship can result in growth, in connection. I learned this from you, my friend.” —Saint-14

Honestly this might be the shortest and easiest exotic quest in Destiny 2. Enjoy the gun!
