How to Obtain
You’ll be able to get the Vouchsafe after completing Dreaming City activities. These include the Blind Well, the Shattered Throne dungeon, Ascendant Challenge chests, and Season of the Wish activities.
About Vouchsafe
Vouchsafe is a Legendary Energy scout rifle that has the Lightweight Frame archetype. This means that it will feature improved handling and, when equipped, will make Guardians move faster. It also possesses the Advanced Reflexes origin trait that grants mobility, handling, and charge rate bonuses after taking damage, aiming down sights, or guarding quickly.
Vouchsafe PVE God Roll
For PVP purposes, we recommend the Chambered Compensator and Tactical Mag. The first increases the weapon’s stability and recoil while slightly decreasing your handling speed, the second increases its magazine size, reload speed, and stability. Rapid Hit is a good choice to increase Vouchsafe’s stability and reload speed after landing rapid precision hits, and Destabilizing Rounds will make this a decent crowd-control sniper rifle by making your final blow victims volatile.

The Vouchsafe recommended PVP build starts with the Fluted Barrel, granting stability and handling bonuses, and Steady Rounds — which increases stability and airborne effectiveness while slightly decreasing its range. Next, the Rapid Hit and Explosive Payload combination makes this a PVP weapon worth checking out. The first will grant stability and reload speed bonuses after rapid precision hits, and the second one will make Vouchsafe’s projectiles detonate on impact, granting AoE damage.
