Destiny 2 The Supremacy Guide – How to Get The Supremacy & the God Roll

When Destiny 2: Beyond Light launches on November 10th, two raids will survive rotation. One of these two raids is Last Wish, which is not only the longest in the game but boasts quite a few popular weapons. The Supremacy is a Rapid Frame sniper rifle that sees some play in both PVP and PVE. While it’s not the best sniper in Destiny 2, this gun is surviving rotation making it one of the few viable choices in this archetype. Thankfully, The Supremacy isn’t too difficult to farm, assuming you’ve run the raid before and are familiar with the secret chest locations. Here’s how to get The Supremacy and what god rolls you should be looking for.

How to Get The Supremacy

The Supremacy can only be found in the Last Wish raid, so if you haven’t run this endgame activity now is the time. It can drop from any of the encounters and secret chests, so you will have a total of seven chances, per character, every week. This gun cannot be obtained any other way, so you’ll want to call up your raid group or use a tool such as DestinyLFG. For those who do not want to run the raid, you can actually access the secret chests without killing a single enemy. When you spawn, go to the secret Last Wish code wall and input Wish 4 to transport to Shuro Chi.

When you spawn, turn around and run across the support beams of the bridge back towards where Kalli is located. About midway through the bridge, you can hop down and open up the secret chest hidden in the rocks below. You can do the same for Morgeth, but this chest is only accessible to Warlocks and Titans since Hunters cannot clear the gap. If you want to use this method, check out Sweatcicle’s video above on their locations.

The Supremacy God Rolls

The Supremacy PVE God Roll

  • Arrowhead Brake or Hammer-Forged Rifling
  • Extended Mag
  • Snapshot
  • Triple Tap

For those looking to use The Supremacy in PVE, you’ll want to pick up either Arrowhead Brake or Hammer-Forged Rifling for the scope. The former gives a huge boost to recoil control and handling, allowing you to stay on target after each shot. Alternatively, Hammer-Forged Rifling gives us a nice boost to range, but this is only useful if you like to take really long-range engagements. Personally, I suggest Arrowhead Brake since it works great with Triple Tap, allowing us to constantly hit three critical shots in a row. Our magazine is Extended Mag as it increases our overall DPS (damage-per-second), especially when combined with Triple Tap.

As for the primary perks, we are looking for Snapshot so we can quickly zoom in and begin dealing damage as fast as possible. This is ideal for bosses or if you’re combining it with damage over time Exotics like Anarchy. If a faster zoom speed isn’t appealing, then consider Outlaw to give you a faster reload. Your second primary perk should absolutely be Triple Tap, as this gives you more damage output on bosses or major tier enemies.

The Supremacy PVP God Roll

  • Fluted Barrel
  • Flared Magwell
  • Snapshot
  • Rampage

For PVP, you will want to use Fluted Barrel which increases both the handling speed and stability of the weapon. Since we will be using Rampage, you’ll want to ensure that you can land any follow-up shots quickly. Having a solid stability should make the weapon easier to control. Flared Magwell is our magazine of choice since it gives us an increased reload speed and a small bump to our stability. You could also use Light Mag if you find yourself sniping people at greater distances.

Unfortunately, there aren’t really any great PVP perks for this sniper. Snapshot is always nice since it lets us zoom faster, so that’s the main perk you’ll want. Given how deadly sniper rifles are in Crucible, being able to ADS (aim-down-sights) faster than your foe can mean the difference between life and death. Our second main perk will be Rampage, solely because it allows us to efficiently take down multiple targets. You can run Kill Clip, but you typically won’t find yourself reloading a lot unless you are quite good at staying alive and out of the battle.
