Destiny 2 Gate Lord's Eye Guide - All Seasonal Artifact Mods

Seasonal Artifacts are coming to Destiny 2 with the launch of Shadowkeep. This season’s is the Gate Lord’s Eye and with it comes a slew of limited edition mods which you can equip.

Unfamiliar with Seasonal Artifacts? We’ve got a rundown below including what they are, how they work, and what you can unlock with them.

How to Unlock and Rank Up the Gate Lord’s Eye – Seasonal Artifact

Right now it appears as if players will unlock The Gate Lord’s Eye at Season Pass Level 7. It’s part of the free track so everyone gets access to it at that point. Assuming nothing has changed since Luke Smith’s post, it should take you about five hours to get to that point.

Once you’ve unlocked it, you’ll need some time to actually upgrade the artifact itself. The artifact has an infinite number of levels which can advance your Power Level to above 960. Artifact levels will cost more and more XP as you increase its power. There’s currently no word on how much XP you need or how long it’ll take to rank up.

Gate Lord’s Eye Mods – Seasonal Artifact Mods

Long before you hit the hard level cap you’ll unlock each of the different mod tiers. In total you’ll be able too select up to 12 artifact mods to have unlocked at any given point. Keep in mind that because of the unlock limitations, at most, you can have two of the final column mods unlocked.
