Everyone is diving into the new Custom Deliveries that launched today for Final Fantasy XIV Patch 6.15. Not only do they give crafters and gatherers a reason to live, but doing a whole bunch of them also allows you to glamour Ameliance Leveilleur. There’s another hidden reward behind the system in Endwalker, however — the Appointed Attire.
The gear coffer was found this morning on the updated Eorzea Database. That’s right — you not only get the ability to glamour Ameliance, but she also gets the ability to glamour you! The Appointed Attire is a fantastic little cap and jacket ensemble that’ll make you the shiniest star in all of Old Sharlayan.
How Do You Unlock the Appointed Attire Coffer?
First, you need to start on the new Custom Deliveries. To do that, you’ll need to have finished the Endwalker main scenario quest “Endwalker,” leveled a Disciple of the Hand or Land to Level 80, and completed the Level 60 quest “Go West, Craftsman.”
With all that done, you’ll want to pick up the quest “Of Mothers and Merchants” from the NPC Well-dressed Attendant in Old Sharlayan (X: 12.6, Y: 9.7). If you dutifully complete your Custom Deliveries each week, you’ll eventually get Ameliance’s satisfaction rank up to Level 5, which will reward you the Appointed Attire Coffer you seek. The gear will come at the end of the quest “A Gift from House Leveilleur” from Meryld in Old Sharlayan (X: 15.7, Y: 7.1).

What Does the Appointed Attire Look Like?
The Appointed Attire Coffer will open up and give you five items: Appointed Cap, Appointed Jacket, Appointed Gloves, Appointed Slacks, and Appointed Shoes. All five items look to be dyeable, though they come in a two-tone black-and-white look by default.
While the Slacks and Shoes are nothing special, the Appointed Jacket and Appointed Cap are all-time Glamour greats. I can see both items getting a ton of use in the glamour circuit. At the very least, your retainers will look ship-shape for the future. And hey, you can also glamour Ameliance in the gear — it’d be much better than that terrible dress she has to wear.
