FFXIV Store Adds New Optional Items and Kicks Off Spring Sale

Spring is just around the corner, which means it's time for another sale.

Once again, FFXIV has made last year's seasonal event items available to purchase on its online store. And, as usual, there's a big sale on other items to go along with it. The sale will be going until March 31 at 11:59pm PST.

The 2023 Little Ladies' Day and Hatching-tide items are notable, as they're hitting the online store for the first time: these items include the Little Ladies' Dance and Frighten emotes, the Tonberry Attire, and more. Since they're new additions, these items are being sold for full price this year. However, that's still only $2 for each emote and $5 for the Tonberry set. Starting next year, you can probably expect them to join the list of discounted items.

As for the items getting discounted, there's no shortage of goodies to choose from. Past iterations of Little Ladies' Day and Hatching-tide have brought all sorts of costumes, accessories, minions, furnishings, and more to the game. Ever wanted to put your Warrior of Light in a full chicken suit? A bunny suit, maybe? Here's your chance.

Of course, there are more understated options if you're not trying to turn your WoL into a Hatching-tide mascot. Many of the Little Ladies' Day items are flowery, elegant, and suitable for use year-round. The Peach Blossom Choker and Peach Blossoms, a set of earrings, are a lovely yet subtle addition to any glamour dresser, and the Authentic Eastern Cherry Tree is a great way to add some spring flair to your yard.

If any of these items (or the others on sale) happen to catch your eye, now's the perfect time to get them for yourself to celebrate the arrival of spring or just to treat yourself to something nice.
