Oak Branch is an FFXIV crafting material gathered by the Botanist class, a Disciple of the Land. The thick branch of an oak tree. It’s an ingredient used in a number of early Carpenter and Alchemist recipes.
You can find the material within Level 35 Mature Trees outside of Camp Tranquil (X: 16.0, Y: 30.3) in South Shroud. Before you can acquire the resource from the node, you must first unlock the Botanist class. Then you need to be at least Level 31 before you can tap these nodes and acquire this material.
