How to Get the Jibanyan Couch Yo-kai Watch Mount in FFXIV

Take a seat on this ultimate Yo-kai Watch reward!

The Yo-kai Watch collaboration event in Final Fantasy XIV brings the cute Yo-kai of the popular series to Eorzea in a surprisingly fitting crossover, with dozens of minions, weapons, and mounts to collect. However, one of the most sought after is the Jibanyan Couch.

The Jibanyan Couch is perhaps the ultimate goal of the Yo-kai Watch collaboration and will be one of the last items unlocked by players during the event. Here’s how to get the Jibanyan Couch for yourself in the FFXIV x Yo-kai Watch event.

In order to unlock the Jibanyan Couch in the Yo-kai Watch event, you’ll have to complete almost every objective of the event. During the Yo-kai Watch event, you will unlock minions from the Yo-kai Watch series by earning Yo-kai medals during FATEs.

Then, once you’ve unlocked 13 minions, with the Yo-kai minion active during a FATE, you can unlock Legendary Yo-kai medals to purchase weapons. Once you’ve obtained all 17 Yo-kai weapons, you’ll receive the More Inventory Slots, Please II achievement. Head to the Achievements menu and unlock the Jibanyan Couch Medal from the achievement, then activate it to unlock your Jibanyan Couch mount.

As mentioned, this achievement comes after effectively completing the event. You’ll need to have unlocked each and every Yo-kai weapons, which will require you to have unlocked every Yo-kai minion. As a result, this is a grind, and it may help to follow guides on farming Yo-kai medals and the overall event itself.
