Introduced during the Shadowbringers expansion of Final Fantasy XIV, the Bozjan Southern Front and Zadnor are 72-player instanced zones that play a lot like Stormblood's Eureka. It took a lot of the lessons learned during the Eureka content and improved upon its basic principles to make a more streamlined experience.
Bozja content has its own leveling system, various areas to unlock, and is closely tied to the Resistance Relic Weapons. There are several reasons to unlock Bozja and rise through its ranks. There's mounts, hairstyles and emotes to be found through farming clusters, there's the Relic Weapons that are tied to this content, and it provides you with a solid way to level up your combat classes.
How to gain Resistance Ranks and Mettle
The leveling process inside this instanced content is a little different than the normal leveling experience. In order to increase your Resistance Rank, you'll be collecting Mettle, which you can think of as experience points. When you get enough Mettle, you'll be able to go back to the base camp in the Southern Front or Zadnor to turn it in and increase your Resistance Rank. The higher your rank, the more Mettle you get per activity, so make sure you're leveling up whenever you can.

To get Mettle, you'll participate in Skirmishes and Critical Engagements. Skirmishes are really just FATEs and work the same way they do in the rest of the game, but Critical Engagements are exclusive to the zone. These are a lot like FATEs, except you don't need to be near them to start them. You simply join them through your UI, and enter the area when the CE starts. You'll get a text pop up when one is available to join, and it's a good idea to do them when you can. They're more difficult, but you can get a good chunk of Mettle for participating.

You do need to be careful while inside these zones, as dying can come at great cost. You lose some Mettle when you die, and you'll lose a significant amount of Mettle if you respawn. Generally, players will be more than willing to resurrect you to avoid that penalty. Use shout chat, ping your position, use your manners, say please, and you'll usually get a helping hand.
How to Unlock More Zones
The Southern Front
As you gain Resistance Ranks, you'll unlock more of the Southern Front. It's divided up into three sections, and at first you'll only have access to one. When you get a blue quest available to you, be sure to complete it, as these are how you unlock your next zones. You can unlock the second area at rank five, and the third area at rank eight. The later areas give you more Mettle per FATE, so it's worth unlocking those as soon as you can.

Once you hit Resistance Rank 10, you'll be able to unlock access to a special Critical Engagement that you must complete in order to progress to the next stage of this content. Castrum Lacus Litore allows up to 48 players to join, but you can complete the CE with less. It's a good idea to bring some essences and lost actions to this content, especially if you go in with a smaller group, to ensure your run will go as smoothly as possible.

After you clear CLL, you'll be able to continue your storyline, leading you to another instance you'll have to complete; Delubrum Reginae. Unlike the previous instance, which was a CE inside of the Bozjan Southern Front, DR is a standalone instance that you can queue up for by speaking to Sjeros in Gangos (X:5.5 Y:5.4).
Getting into DR isn't as simple as it used to be when the content was current. Queuing alone to enter the instance is ill-advised because while the Duty will pop, you'll likely find yourself in an undersized group, resulting in slow and painful runs. Instead, using the Party Finder is your best bet for a smooth run. Bring essences and lost actions to make sure you and your group will be able to comfortably complete this content.
Zadnor
After you've completed both of these instances, you can continue with your blue storyline quests. These will lead you to the next area of the Bozjan content; Zadnor. This zone is much like the Southern Front. It has three areas that you'll unlock through blue quests that become available as you rise through the ranks. The second area becomes accessible at rank 18, and the third follows at rank 22.

The quest to unlock the last special instance, the Dalriada, becomes available at rank 25. This instance works the same way as CLL does. It's a CE that pops up while inside of the Zadnor zones. All the same rules apply, you'll want to bring some essences and lost actions, and while you can complete it with very few people, a run that's more populated will have a higher chance of success.
With the last instance out of the way, you'll have successfully aided the Resistance and risen through its ranks, completing this rather large piece of side-content. There's still plenty of farming to do in these zones, and lots of achievements ready for you to find, so go out, keep resisting, and unearth everything Bozja has to offer.
