Midland Cabbage is an FFXIV crafting material gathered by the Botanist class, a Disciple of the Land. A round leafy vegetable which prefers the steady climate of the Black Shroud. It’s a common ingredient used in a few Culinarian recipes.
You can find the material within Level 30 Lush Vegetation Patches near Fallgourd Float (X: 23.2, Y: 26.2) in North Shroud. Before you can acquire the resource from the node, you must first unlock the Botanist class. Then you need to be at least Level 26 before you can tap these nodes and acquire this material.
