It’s been a while since Final Fantasy XIV’s Endwalker was released, giving us the conclusion to Hylaelyn and Zodiark’s tale. A new chapter in the game has begun with a few familiar faces in Patch 6.55, but the story is also getting closer to its conclusion, and players are chomping at the bit to get to the new Dawntrail content.
With Dawntrail, players will get a wide variety of things. First and foremost, Warriors of Light will get to see the brand new Tural setting, bringing with it new story, new characters, and an all new challenge. Additionally, the game will be getting a very hefty graphical update which will take several patch cycles to complete. This means players might see those improved graphics in Radz-at-Han, but still see the old landscape of Costa del Sol.
With the new expansion comes the usual content players have come to know and love, including new Dungeons, Trials, Alliance Raids, sidequests, level cap increases, and more. The activities players love most are also getting some new iterations, such as the Beastmaster limited job, and the Cosmic Exploration, which is more casual content like the Island Sanctuary or Ishgardian Restoration.
