How To Complete the Community Center in Stardew Valley

Open up the Valley with these bundles!

The Community Center in Stardew Valley plays a crucial role. Players who complete the various bundles are given individual rewards, but each room also triggers new unlocks throughout the valley. Completing the Community Center can be a tricky task, but this guide will walk you through all of the bundles and how to complete them.

How To Unlock the Community Center in Stardew Valley

To unlock the Community Center in Stardew Valley, simply walk into town from Spring 5 and onwards between the times of 8 am and 1 pm to receive a cutscene of Lewis. He will ask you to explore the Community Center as he believes there is a rat problem.

When you go into the Community Center, you will find a book in an ancient language in the bottom left-most room.

You will then receive a letter to go meet with the Wizard in his tower. He will allow you to decipher the language in the books, and you’ll be able to begin completing the Community Center bundles.

Partially completed Crafts Room in Stardew Valley

How To Complete the Crafts Room Bundle

The Crafts Room bundle has one of the easiest tasks, as you simply have to forage through the different seasons to get the items you need for it. The final bundle may be a touch more difficult if you haven’t upgraded your axe at all, as you will need Hardwood.

The Exotic Foraging bundle is slightly different from the others, as you have a big list of items to choose from, but you only need to donate five of the items available.

Completing the entire Crafts Room will unlock the bridge to the east of the Mines, unlocking the Quarry.

How To Complete the Boiler Room Bundle

To be able to complete the Boiler Room bundle, you’ll have to start exploring the Mines, as you’ll need to collect different ores and put them into a smelter to be able to complete the bundles. You’ll also need to put your damage to the test, as you will need to collect critter parts to complete one of the bundles.

By completing this bundle, you can activate the minecarts around the Valley, which allows for a faster mode of traveling and can save some time on walking.

How To Complete the Fish Tank Bundle

Completing the Fish Tank bundle is a little bit complicated, as you have to fish (obviously.) That being said, a lot of the fish are only available during specific times, in certain bodies of water, and in specific seasons or weather conditions. The table below will compile all of the fish from each bundle to tell you when the fish are available so you know when to start looking for them.

The table below will then explain how to complete each bundle in the Fish Tank and the rewards you get. For the Crab Pot, the items needed are available all year round; you just need to pick five to collect.

By completing all of the Fish Tank bundles you’ll then have the glittering boulder next to the Mines removed. Willy will give you a Copper Pan, and you can then go panning. This will allow you to collect metal ores and other items from the water.
