COD Warzone FiNN Loadout Guide - Best Attachments for the FiNN LMG

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare’s Games of Summer event is in full swing and there’s some new content for players to sink their teeth into. Along with a new, competitive mode called Trials, users can also try out Warzone’s new team deathmatch-esc mode and unlock the FiNN LMG. With the Bruen’s latest nerf, players are scrambling to find the new meta-defining weapon. While the FiNN LMG is not that gun, it’s still a very solid choice for anyone looking for either a close or medium-range weapon. Keep in mind, you will need to complete a rather easy challenge to gain access to the FiNN. If you haven’t obtained this LMG, we have a guide breaking down what you need to do.

Why the FiNN LMG

The FiNN LMG is one of the most flexible close/medium range weapons currently in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. This is thanks to the multiple barrel attachments that sacrifice recoil for a faster fire rate, allowing you to melt targets between 0-20 meters. However, with the right pieces, the FiNN transforms into a solid medium-range weapon that can hold its own in that crucial 30-40 meter distance. If you don’t run any of the Adverse barrels then you’ll find the FiNN has a really predictable vertical recoil. This makes it one of the easiest light machineguns to use once you start slapping on attachments.

FiNN LMG Best Attachments

  • Muzzle – Monolithic Suppressor
  • Barrel – XRK Longshot Advantage
  • Underbarrel – Merc Foregrip
  • Laser – Tac Laser
  • Optic –  Your Choice
  • Stock – No Changes
  • Ammunition  No Changes
  • Perk – No Perk

For our build, we are going to focus on a medium-range build simply because most players prefer to use weapons like the MP5, Fennec, or MP7 when it comes to close-quarters battles. Our muzzle is going to be the Monolithic Suppressor to boost that damage range, bullet velocity while keeping us off the radar when we pull the trigger. The XRK Longshot Advantage gives us another great boost to our damage range and bullet velocity, allowing us to take those 30-40 meter range engagements.

To counter the decrease in ADS (aim down sights) speed we will need to throw on the TacLaser since there’s no grip attachments for the FiNN. Just remember, people can see the green laser, so be mindful of where you are pointing this rifle. For your underbarrel you can use the Commando, Merc, or Ranger, but I personally prefer the Merc Foregrip. I recommend experimenting with all three, just so you can find the one that works for you. Obviously it will be different depending on if you use a mouse or controller. Finally, you’ll want to add an optic to the FiNN since the iron sights are pretty poor. Once again, what you use is a personal preference, but you will definitely want a scope that is at least a 3.0x zoom.

There’s a lot of variation to this gun, so I suggest really playing around the different attachments before diving into Warzone.
