The Rainbow Rose is one such specialty, a key ingredient in ascending characters like Lyney and Arlecchino.
This flower, said to represent passion and romantic encounters, does not grow by itself in the wilderness; it can only be found near areas where there is human activity, as it requires adequate care. Many Rainbow Roses can be found in the mountains of Elynas, north of Court of Fontaine, around the garden of Opera Epiclese, and North Loch Urania.

Eugenie is selling up to 5 Rainbow Roses for 1000 Mora per piece! Her shop is located on the western side of Court of Fontaine, near the Teleport waypoint. The items in her shop respawn every Monday at 4:00 (Server Reset).
Rainbow Rose seeds can also be planted by growing its seed inside your Serenitea Pot through its gardening system. These seeds can only be planted in A Path of Value: Luxuriant Glebe.
