Skarlet is relatively new to the series compared to some of the mainstays, but she’s memorable regardless. Everything about her focuses on blood, and you’ll come to find out that her Fatalities are also excessively bloody in nature. Find out more in our Mortal Kombat 11 Skarlet Fatalities guide!
No matter how old the series gets, Mortal Kombat is still probably best known for its Fatalities. And Mortal Kombat 11 is far from an exception. Over-the-top and violent, Fatalities are a spectacle of blood and brutality. Although they shouldn’t be confused with the (faster, but equally lethal) Brutalities of Mortal Kombat 11. From burning to dismemberment, every character has a bizarrely gory bag of tricks to work with. And today we’re looking at all the Skarlet Fatalities in Mortal Kombat 11.

Skarlet Fatality 1: Bloody Mess – Mortal Kombat 11
Bloody Mess is a mid-range Fatality. In fact, both Skarlet Fatalities fall in this range. You pull this one off by pressing Forward, Back, Down, and Front Kick (X on PS4, A on Xbox One, B on Switch).
This Fatality also really lives up to its name. Bloody Mess begins with Skarlet magically sucking the blood out of her opponent (via the mouth and eyeballs, of course) and turning them into bloody icicles. She then uses them to stab the poor, bloodless foe repeatedly. Skarlet isn’t finished yet, though. She uses the icicle that pierced her opponent’s skull and just shoves it through, spearing an eyeball while we’re at it. People use their eyes a lot, huh?
Take a look for yourself in the video embedded above! We’ve got a nice, clean recording of both of them in the same video. But clicking the one above this subheading will show you the one you need automatically.
Skarlet Fatality 2: Heart Kondition – Mortal Kombat 11
Heart Kondition is also a mid-range Fatality. You need to know your spacing with Skarlet! This is pulled off with the following combo: Down, Forward, Back, then Back Punch (Triangle on PS4, Y on Xbox One, X on Switch).
You might be able to take a guess at what happens in Heart Kondition, and it’s likely you won’t be far from the truth. Skarlet pulls out… something. Are they her own veins? Bloody tentacles? Something else entirely? I don’t know. Anyway, she pulls them out and pierces her opponent’s body, engorging their heart with blood until the organ and the unfortunate fellow’s chest explodes. Granted, in the world of Mortal Kombat 11, that’s one of the better ways to go.
