PUBG Mobile Season 19 Week 3 Challenges – Tips and Tricks

After two weeks of easy pickings, things are starting to heat up.

As far as things go right now, PUBG Mobile Season 19 hasn’t offered much of a challenge. That changes this week. For those paying out for the Elite Pass, air drops are the name of the game. Without a clear strategy to reliably loot them, your only hope of completing the Season 19 Week 3 mission list is to perform exceptionally well and loot like a champion. Here’s how to complete each objective without too much headache.

Missed a week? Get caught up!

Reach Platinum or above in Classic mode

If you’re already reached Platinum at this point, you’ll have a nice burst of RP waiting for you to claim this week. If not, it isn’t as tough as it sounds.

Making it into the Top 10 in each match should get you enough points to climb the ladder. Any worse, and you risk dipping a little and setting yourself back. Platinum is where the real PUBG Mobile challenge begins. So long as you’re not going in guns blazing in every match, common sense and situational awareness will get you here. It’s a time commitment more than anything.

Choice Mission

  1. Land on any rooftop in Paradise Resort (Sanhok).
    • So long as you don’t aim to drop directly in the middle of Paradise Resort, there should be viable rooftops in any direction. Just drop outside the area when you’re done. It’s dangerous inside.
  2. Land on any rooftop in Pecado (Miramar) 3 times in Classic mode.
    • Pecado has one exceptionally large rooftop to the north. If your flight path doesn’t get close enough, the long, narrow one to the southern outskirts can act as a runway for more forgiving landings.
  3. Land on any rooftop is Sosnovka Military Base (Erangel) 3 times in Classic mode.
    • You’re going to want to stick to the east side of the Sosnovka Military Base if you’re not itching for a fight. If you are, the C-shape cluster to the north awards risk with reward.

Win 30 times in Arena

If you’re having trouble reaching Diamond, attempting to rack up wins in Arena can teach you the fundamentals of winning a skirmish or duel. In these situations, it’s key to work on your aim. Remember that the effective range of your chosen weapon will play a large part in your chances of survival. In arena, SMGs and shotguns are typically the way to go. On larger maps like Ruins, snipers and assault rifles show their worth.

Kill 20 enemies with M762 in Classic mode

Last week’s final free mission attempted to teach us the importance of the foregrips. This is why. The M762 is a highly customizable assault rifle that offsets its comparatively low base damage with a high rate of fire. As most players will know by now, a high rate of fire means heavy recoil — something foregrips go a long way in minimizing. Grab the aforementioned attachment and you’ll be popping people off no problem. Toss a 2x scope on there to separate you from the situations where an SMG is still likely to dominate.

In Classic mode, win 3 matches with Spetsnaz Helmet (Lv. 3) equipped as a squad

Things can get a little confusing with how wordy this mission is, but only you need the Spetsnaz Helmet (Lv. 3) equipped for this mission to complete. So long as you’re wearing one when the match ends, you’ll get your credit. These are best sourced either from enemies toward the end of a match, or from air drops and flare drops. It’s possible to loot them from the ground, but as they’re rare finds just about anywhere on a map, trying to track one down this way isn’t particularly reliable — especially when you should be focusing on staying clear of any unnecessary danger.

Choice Mission

  1. Kill 8 enemies with Mini14 in Classic mode.
    • This highly accurate rifle will need a scope to fully shine: once it’s kitted out, though, grabbing kills shouldn’t be a problem.
  2. Kill 8 enemies with VSS in Classic mode.
    • This stubby, relatively rare rifle comes sniper-ready. It doesn’t quite have the velocity to attain the range of other snipers, but it’s full-auto fire mode can quickly grab a mid-range kill.
  3. Kill 8 enemies with SKS in Classic mode.
    • While typically weaker than the other options here, the SKS is common, making it a fine choice for anyone just looking to clear the mission fast. Grab it and play aggressively.

Choice Mission

  1. Eliminate 200 enemies with the AUG A3 in Arena
    • Though you’ll be spending a considerable amount of time clearing this, it’s a great way to practice with an especially rare gun. It’s a learning opportunity more than it is a quick RP farm.
  2. Kill 10 enemies AUG A3 in Classic mode.
    • If you’re pro enough to grab the AUG A3 from an air drop, a 2x scope should be all you need to secure a bunch of kills. Obviously, the sooner you manage to grab this, the more you’ll be able to chip away at the objective in one match.

Pick up a Ghillie Suit in 6 matches in Classic mode

The Ghillie Suit is one of the rarest equips in the game. While they can hide you from the rest of the lobby, it being found exclusively in air drops means risking making yourself visible to many aggressive players just for the privilege. The source doesn’t matter, though. Whether you use cars, reconnaissance, or smoke grenades to loot an air drop or kill someone who’s using one to hide in the bushes, you’ll get your credit just for picking it up. How you go about acquiring one really doesn’t matter.
