Carsejaw can be a tough fight if you don’t keep moving. He moves slowly, but can teleport and summon blades to attack you from the ground. Keep an eye out for the dark spots that appear on the ground when he summons his blades, and keep enough stamina to roll away when he teleports behind you to start his stab.
Carsejaw doesn’t have a lot of health, though, so if you can keep dealing damage, he should go down quick.
