Happy Valentine’s Day! Or… Palentine’s or Galentine’s or whatever tickles your particular fancy. This week, we’re falling in love (maybe!) with a classic screwball comedy of the 1930s, Howard Hawks’ Bringing Up Baby. Steven and I watched the goofy, good-hearted, possibly anxiety-provoking farce with an eye towards its legacy as a genre staple, in our first foray into a truly old-school classic.
