The Vampire Survivors update 0.2.10 is here, and it’s a big one. Alongside streamer friendly options for folks who want to avoid DMCA shenanigans and a challenge stage, this update brings two new characters into the roster. This guide explains how to unlock Dommario and Suor Clerici in Vampire Survivors, as well as their abilities and signature weapons. Oh, and don’t forget about the secret character either.
How to Unlock Dommario in Vampire Survivors
Let’s get right to it. In order to unlock Dommario, you’ll have to complete the following task:
- Earn 5,000 coins in a single run
It’s a tough objective, but not impossible. I recommend prioritizing defeating special enemies whenever they appear to open the chest. In addition, it’s key to have the Stone Mask in your inventory. This will grant you 10% more coins each time, and of course, you can upgrade that buff even further. Whenever the Stone Mask appears again when you gain a level, go ahead and take it to increase the number.
Dommario’s signature weapon is King Bible, and his passive grants a permanent +40% duration and speed, with a decrease of -40% move speed.

How to Unlock Suor Clerici in Vampire Survivors
Onto the second character of this Vampire Survivors update. In order to unlock Suor Clerici, you’ll have to complete the following task:
- Recover a total of 1,000 HP
This objective is a bit tricky, but it can easily be accomplished with the right items. I recommend grabbing Pummarola, which will have your character recovering 0.1 HP per second. This isn’t much, but a few upgrades will do the trick. In addition, increasing your health with the Hollow Heart may help as well.
As for weapons, you can’t go wrong with Bloody Tear, which is one of the evolutions in Vampire Survivors — it has a chance to absorb HP, so it’s definitely a must. If you want a good headstart, choose Antonio as your character, as he already starts with the Whip.
Suor Clerici’s signature weapon is Santa Water, and his passive grants a permanent +0.5 HP/s and +30 Max Health, while also starting with a temporary area bonus.
