There’s yet another new free emblem in Destiny 2 this week, and it’s called Stag’s Spirit. Released to commemorate collective completions of the Nightmare Containment activity and the unlocking of the remaining Solar 3.0 fragments, the emblem is available to all Destiny 2 players. To get Stag’s Spirit in Destiny 2, simply head over to Bungie’s code redemption page and enter the code T67-JXY-PH6. You’ll then have to go into the General tab of your emblem collections and pull it out, since emblems don’t automatically land in your inventory.
Along with the announcement of the emblem, Bungie also shared some stats about Nightmare Containment. For instance, over 1.6 million players did at least one Nightmare Containment during the run-up to unlocking the new Solar fragments. And there were some extremes, too — one player completed 390 Nightmare Containments during this period, and another did seventy-eight in the first 24 hours of the season. You ok there, pal?
The Stag’s Spirit emblem looks pretty cool, and it’s nice to have emblems like this commemorating collective player achievements, even if it was a foregone conclusion that the community was going to complete the target number of Nightmare Containments. And Stag’s Spirit isn’t the only emblem Destiny 2 has added lately — you can also get the Interconnected emblem from completing the week one seasonal challenges, and the Terminal Velocity emblem through Prime Gaming.
