Destiny 2 Season of Plunder Calendar Guide - Schedule, End Date

Everything you need to know about the Destiny 2 Season 18 calendar schedule and end date.

The Destiny 2 Season of Plunder calendar has been revealed ahead of release, and there are some interesting changes and additions to dig into already. While Lightfall is still on the far horizon, The Witch Queen still has a ton of tricks up its sleeve, and a new season is forthcoming to keep on expanding storylines and season passes while shortening our vault inventory spaces. This guide explains what to expect in terms of Season 18 calendar guide for Destiny 2, including when the Festival of the Haunted begins this year and what to expect.

When does Destiny 2 Season of Plunder End?

At the moment there isn’t an end date for Destiny 2 Season 18. Heck, we don’t even know the name of the season itself. That being said, expect to see it live until at least closer to November, as October is going to see the return of Festival of the Lost. For more details on what we know about the upcoming schedule, head to our next section.

Destiny 2 Season of Plunder Calendar – Festival of the Lost, Trials of Osiris, Iron Banner, and more

Season of the Haunted was a fairly short season all things considered, or at least it felt that way. The seasonal quest, which involved the Sever activity, ran for just four weeks. While there were some activities here and there, including Solstice, people are already looking forward to knowing more about Lightfall. But before we do, we still have quite a few things on the horizon.

Thanks to the TWAB entry that came out on the previous week before the season release, we already have a glimpse of the schedule ahead, which you can find below:

  • August 26
    • Raid launch (which is currently unknown, but we should know more ahead of the season launch)
  • September 6
    • First week of Iron Banner (featuring the new Eruption mode)
  • September 16
    • Trials of Osiris returns featuring the Lighthouse
  • October 4
    • Grandmaster Nightfalls
  • October 18
    • Festival of the Lost returns and promises to “make everything haunted”
  • November 15
    • Second week of Iron Banner, which is also featuring the new Eruption mode
  • December 6
    • Season of Plunder comes to an end

That is everything we know so far about the Destiny 2 Season of Plunder calendar schedule. Reminder that Festival of the Lost is going to feature Mechs, which looked kinda cool in that survey ages ago. If you were rooting for Monsters, I’m sorry. Maybe they’ll have their chance next year. But for now, prepare to see a lot of Transformers heads running around in both the Tower and elsewhere. See you in the new season!
