Some FFXIV Cupids are Delivering Valentiones Gifts to Your Loved Ones

Love is in the air, and one Final Fantasy XIV FC and venue is looking to play Cupid again this year, delivering Valentoine gifts to players across Eorzea. With the in-game Valentoine's Day event drawing near, players are looking to send their loved ones surprise gifts.

Star Venues is running an event where players can order gifts for their loved ones, including flowers, chocolates, and even a stuffed teddy bear by filling out a form and paying the fee. All of the payment is in gil, with the gifts costing various amounts of in-game currency. The delivery fee is 10,000 gil, in addition to whatever gifts players pick. Nothing on the list is too pricey, meaning players who want to treat their loved ones to a surprise on Valentione's Day won't have to break the bank to do so. 

If you'd like to place an order for your loved one, you can fill out the form and mark down what you'd like to send, if you want any special items, and what message you'd like to send when it's delivered. All of the gifts will then be delivered on Feb. 14. Free Company members will take to the different Data Centers to deliver the ordered items. For those worried that their loved ones won't be online at the time of delivery, the Star HQ FC members have several alts who can friend the recipient and send the gifts via mail, but will often wait to see if the person comes online during the day to try to make the delivery on Valentione's Day. 

This isn't the first time the FC has done this. Last year, they ran a similar event that saw many Warriors of Light receiving Valentoine's gifts from their loved ones and friends. This year, the event is made much easier by the form used to collect the orders. This year, Star HQ told Fanbyte that they've already received many orders, and Valentione's Day is still almost a month away. 

Those who would like to remain a secret admirer can even choose to send their gifts anonymously. So whether you're looking to surprise a friend or significant other with a gift from you, or surprise your crush with a gift from their secret admirer, it's hard to think that anyone would be upset getting a well-intentioned gift from one of Star HQ's Cupids. For those interested in the FC or the venue, they currently run a casino night on Fridays.
