Ehll Tou was a new Custom Delivery NPC added in Final Fantasy XIV: Shadowbringers patch 5.3. Part of the Ishgardian Restoration, Ehll Tou was a dragon who wanted to help with the rebuilding of Ishgard and learn ways of a Disciple of Hand or Land.
The Ehll Tou Custom Deliveries are also the only ones in the game that don’t unlock a glamour option for their NPC. Instead, you can get your hands on the unique Ehll Tou dragon mount for completing this quest chain.
How to unlock Ehll Tou’s Custom Deliveries
To unlock Ehll Tou’s Custom Deliveries, you must have started the Ishgardian Restoration, and be a Disciple of the Hand or Land of at least level 70. The Ishgardian Restoration is unlocked by the “Towards the Firmament” quest in the Foundation (X: 9.7, Y: 11.5). After this, you must progress through the Ishgardian Restoration main quests until you encounter Ehll Tou in the “To Thaw a Frozen Heart” quest.
Upon completing this quest and “If Songs Had Wings,” you will unlock the “O Crafter, My Crafter” quest from Ehll Tou themselves (X: 13.5, Y: 11.2), which will enable you to access her Custom Deliveries.
Custom Deliveries see your character deliver high-quality goods to NPCs, which can be crafted or gathered using a Disciple of Hand or Land. You can deliver up to six Custom Deliveries per week to a single NPC and a maximum of 12 across all Custom Delivery NPCs per week.

All rewards from Ehll Tou’s Custom Deliveries
Completing deliveries to Ehll Tou will grant you White Crafter’s or Gatherer’s Scrips and experience. If you’re at level cap, you’ll receive no experience, but Purple Crafter’s or Gatherer’s Scripts.
Ehll Tou also grants you the Ehll Tou Whistle after maxing out her satisfaction and completing the quest “On Ehll Tou’s Wings.” This is a unique mount, as it’s the only mount tied to a Custom Delivery series of quests. During the quest series surrounding Ehll Tou’s deliveries, you’ll also receive several servings of level 80 food, which will boost Crafting and Gathering stats when eaten.
