How to Get The Warlord's Ruin Exotic Ghost Shell in Destiny 2

You'll need to work extra hard to get the Zira's Shell.

The Season of the Wish is here and with it comes the Warlord’s Ruin dungeon. Besides getting the Buried Bloodline Exotic — which appears to be a gun-crossbow hybrid with powerful special weapon bolts — or loot from each encounter, there’s a reward waiting for hard-working Guardians. Here is how to get the Zira’s Shell Exotic in Destiny 2.

Zira’s Shell "Withstand the Siege, O Vengeance Mine" Triumph

To get the Zira’s Shell Exotic, you will have to complete the Warlord’s Ruin dungeon on Master difficulty. Of course, this is easier said than done, so not every Guardian will be up to the task from the get-go. This Ghost Shell is a reward for “Withstand the Siege, O Vengeance Mine” triumph. That means that if you want to own the Wrathbearer title, you need to complete this regardless.

Now, before you venture into the Warlord’s Ruin dungeon, there are some things you need to know. First, the dungeon only appears if you have purchased either the Lightfall Annual Pass bundle or the Lightfall Dungeon Key, which can be bought from the Expansion section in the in-game store.

Also, the dungeon is located in the European Dead Zone, not in Dreaming City. Before jumping into Warlord’s Ruin, you’ll need to visit Ikora Rey to receive the “In the Shadow of the Mountain” quest. This quest lets you access the dungeon and completing its nine steps gives an Exotic engram reward.

Master difficulty has all the same encounters and bosses like Rathil, the First Broken Knight of Fikrul, Locus of Wailing Grief, and Hefnd’s Vengeance, Blighted Chimaera. However, Master difficulty is set at Power level 1840.

If you manage to defeat all bosses and survive all encounters — regardless of the difficulty — you will also get a new Warlord’s Ruin emblem, which happens to be a reward for the "Collect The Debts Of Kings, O Vengeance Mine" triumph.
